• Clashy is an automation software designed to assist users with in-game actions in Clash of Clans using Android emulators on PC.
• Clashy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Supercell in any way.
• The service is provided as a technical tool and does not guarantee in-game results.

Clashy uses automation to simulate user actions.

By using Clashy, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your game account may be restricted, suspended, or banned.
• There are no guarantees of safety, performance, or progression.
• Clashy is provided "as is" and "as available".

You use Clashy entirely at your own risk.

🖥️ 3. Accounts, Instances & Usage

• One instance = one emulator running at the same time.
• An emulator may contain multiple Clash of Clans accounts.
• Only one account can be automated at a time per emulator.
• Running multiple emulators simultaneously requires multiple instances.

Licenses are:

• Personal
• Non-transferable
• Not shareable

💳 4. Plans, Payments & Refunds

• Prices are displayed clearly before purchase.
• Payments grant access only to the selected plan and duration.
• All sales are final.
• No refunds are provided under any circumstance.
• Lifetime plans refer to the lifetime of the product, not the user.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or features at any time.

🔑 5. Activation & Resellers

Subscriptions can be activated in two ways:

• Direct purchase from the official website - automatic activation after payment.
• Purchase through an approved reseller - account creation and plan assignment handled by the reseller.

Clashy is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized resellers or off-platform agreements.

🤝 6. Reseller Program

• Resellers must be approved by an admin.
• Resellers are responsible for their own clients.
• All reseller activity must comply with Clashy rules.

Unauthorized reselling will result in immediate license termination and permanent ban.

🚫 7. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your license.
• Bypass instance or security limits.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with Clashy.
• Use the service for illegal or malicious purposes.
• Scam, harass, or mislead other users.

🆘 8. Support & Availability

• Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
• Response times are not guaranteed.
• Downtime may occur due to maintenance or updates.

Clashy is not responsible for issues caused by:

• Game updates.
• Emulator changes.
• Third-party software.
• Hardware, internet, or system failures.

Clashy may:

• Update features.
• Modify behavior.
• Add or remove functionality.
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version of the Terms.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Clashy is not liable for direct or indirect damages.
• Including bans, progress loss, or revenue loss.
• Total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the service.

• Disable licenses.
